Can I Get a YAS?
Garmin today announces its collaborative initiative with YAS Digital Malaysia, a blockchain-based insurtech company and licensed insurance agency of Etiqa General Insurance Berhad to extend its ACTYVE 3 sports insurance to new and existing Garmin users across Malaysia for free.
The ACTYVE 3 entails a 3 times use-on-demand coverage that protects its users and their
belongings for up to 24 hours per use. Furthermore, the ACTYVE 3 plan expands on providing
coverage for medical expenses and personal effects up to RM 2,000.00 and accidental death or
partial disability brought on by a selected activity up to RM 10,000.00. Most essentially, the YAS
ACTYVE plan covers a diverse selection of sports not limited to running, cycling, gym, yoga, water
activities and much more.
How Do I Redeem
Step 1: Download the ‘YAS Malaysia’ app on your smartphone
Step 2: Utilise the promotional code: ‘GARMIN’
Step 3: Tap ‘GO’ to kickstart your protection (before the activity begins) and ‘END’ once it is
completed.
Step 4: Enjoy your activity knowing that you’re covered
Users can access third party apps such as Spotify, WhatsApp and more once the protection has
been activated within the YAS Malaysia app. Should their smartphone run out of battery in the
midst of working out, the protection carries on.
In the case of any unfortunate events, users will need to simply provide their relevant details and

This redemption is only available until the 31st of December 2022 and the plans will last up to 3 months in total from the date of redemption.

The YAS ACTYVE 3 passes are redeemable through the YAS Malaysia app available for
download through the App Store for IOS users and Google Play for Android users.
Additionally, those interested can purchase the plans in packages of 3 or 12 units of activities for
the affordable prices of RM 3.00 and RM 10.80 respectively.
