Samsung Streamlines Storage Lineup with New T7 and T9 microSD Cards

Samsung Electronics has officially announced the launch of its new T7 and T9 microSD cards, signaling a strategic reboot of its removable storage branding to better serve consumers with evolving data needs. The new lineup aims to simplify the selection process by offering a more intuitive naming structure and enhanced performance across various devices.

A Unified Brand Identity

The introduction of the T7 and T9 marks a shift from the previous EVO Plus, PRO Plus, and PRO Ultimate ranges. Under the new branding:

  • ‘T’ stands for ‘Trustworthiness’, emphasizing ample storage and reliable performance.
  • ‘P’ (as seen in the P9 Express) stands for ‘Peace of Mind’.

This streamlined approach is designed to help users quickly identify the right card for their specific hardware, whether they are casual users or high-end professionals.
