realme To Debut Android’s First Mini Capsule Dynamic Island Feature ; Malaysia Included

With the realme C55 making its way to Malaysia soon, the brand aims to add a new quality of life feature during the launch itself, with plans to roll out to other models in the future. The “new” Mini Capsule feature will be an interactive pill-shaped bar that will appear on the camera punchhole area to provide users with notifications such as battery levels, charging battery status, and data usage on the phone. The first batch of scenes are mainly focused on fast charging status with additional notifications coming out in the pipeline.

When you receive important notifications, the camera hole punch expands to communicate the information to you more seamlessly than ever, perfectly combining hardware and software for a next-level user experience. There’s even a dynamic light animation to build a stronger sense of interaction, while making the experience more fun and lively.

As a reference, the realme C55 is an entry level device packing a MediaTek Helio G88 chipset, 64MP AI camera, a 6.72″ FHD+ 90Hz display and 33W SUPERVOOC charging.
