Is That Battery And Charger Even SAFE?
realme GT Neo5 features three industry-first charging technology: 240W fast charging architecture, the industry’s first 12A custom charging cable, and the world’s first 240W dual GaN mini charger.
realme GT Neo5 is equipped with a 4600mAh 10C ultra-thin electrode battery. It is also the first smartphone with 200W and above charging power to be certified by TÜV Rheinland regarding battery longevity. It offers more than 80% battery capacity after a 1600 charging cycle, double the industry standard. The certification also sees over 60 layers of safety protection to ensure a safe and healthy charging system.
GaN chargers are a premium type of charger that’s smaller and generates less heat than our conventional silicon chargers, so that’s safe. As for the battery tech involved, if it’s really certified by TÜV Rheinland then there’s a guaranteed service life for the GT Neo5 which is reassuring.
RGB Lights?
On the design front, realme GT Neo5 outstands itself with a bold transparent RGB pulse lighting interface on the back. With ground-breaking innovation in colour, material, and craftsmanship, realme can bring the iconic transparent RGB design in the Gaming sector to the smartphone arena. Performance is now visually perceivable. Through the transparent window, users can see a metal plate for the chipset with a customized logo design, a part of the mainboard, and a C-shaped RBG lighting ring.
The highly customizable lighting system makes realme GT Neo5 a fun product to play with. Whether it’s for charging, gaming, notifications, or more, the lighting system can be personalized with tons of lighting effects.
Aside from the lighting system, realme GT Neo5 also adopted a self-developed coating technology to mix and match matte and glossy – two completely different finishes on one case. It also combined different elements of translucent glass, black coating on a glossy surface, AG matte finish and a mirror-like texture on one phone, achieving a unique visual atheistic and an exceptional grip feeling.
When Is It To Malaysia?
The phone was announced on the 9th, but it will make its way to Malaysia within the month. Stay tuned!
