Nokia’s Durable G21 Arrives In Malaysia; Priced RM 799!

HMD Global Malaysia today announced the launch and arrival of the G21 smartphone, promising durability and a unique design.

Tough Stuff Ahead!

With an aligned goal of environmental preservation, the G21’s case is made of durable polycarbonate, which do not have detrimental effects to the environment.

As for hardware, the Nokia G21 comes with a UNISOC T606 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB onboard storage. It also offers a microSD slot for additional expansion. For display, it’s a 6.5″ HD+ display that runs up to 90Hz and 400 nits brightness.

At its price, it’s cool to see a triple rear-camera setup:

  • 50 MP main
  • 2 MP depth sensor
  • 2 MP macro

Promising a 3 day battery life is a 5050 mAh battery pack that’s charged back up by an 18W fast-charger. As usual, Nokia promises up to 2 major OS updates including Android 12 which is a pretty good move.
