Meet the Redmi Note 10 Series by Xiaomi

Announced earlier today by Xiaomi were the Redmi Note 10 Pro and Redmi Note 10, a pair of super affordable devices for the Malaysian market. There are 2 other variants that aren’t making its way to Malaysian shores yet, and they are the Redmi Note 10S and Redmi Note 10 5G.


Redmi Note 10 Pro: The first Redmi with a 108MP sensor and a 120Hz AMOLED panel

Redmi Note 10 Pro ups the ante as one of the highest resolution cameras for smartphones, vying to be the mid-range king in mobile photography, flexing a 108MP sensor with 9-in-1 binning technology and Dual native ISO to capture the finest details, provide a higher dynamic range and an array of photo editing possibilities. For low-light, there’s Night mode 2.0, powered by RAW multi-frame algorithm.

Redmi Note 10 Pro will offer both pro and telemacro time-lapse video shooting.

Following a seamless redesign, including an Arc side fingerprint sensor and a 6.67” 120Hz AMOLED DotDisplay, the device seems to want to be super smooth . Available in three colors – Onyx Gray, Glacier Blue and Gradient Bronze – Redmi Note 10 Pro is as elegant as it is durable, with its Corning® Gorilla® Glass 5 on the front protecting from unsightly scuffs and scratches.

On the performance end, Redmi Note 10 Pro packs a Qualcomm® Snapdragon™️ 732G, ideal for lights gamers and streamers alike. The 5,020mAh battery is charged up by 33W fast charging, so users’ time spent recharging SHOULD be kept to a minimum.

The Redmi Note 10 is a simpler and cheaper Note 10 Pro. Equipped with a 6.43” AMOLED DotDisplay, the Redmi Note 10, shares plenty of similarities with the Pro, including , 33W fast charging, a 360-degree light
sensor setup and immersive dual speakers.


The Redmi Note 10 touts a quad camera setup, featuring 8MP ultra-wide angle camera for group shots, 2MP macro camera for close-ups and a 2MP depth sensor for supporting portraits. The main sensor is 48MP, features Pro time-lapse capabilities – marking an addition to the previous slow motion, night mode and regular time-lapse features.

The Redmi Note 10 is one of few devices that packs the brand-new Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 678.

Pricing and availability

In Malaysia, Redmi Note 10 Pro comes in two variants – 8GB+128GB and 6GB+128GB, whereas the Redmi Note 10 will be available in the 6GB+128GB variant. From March 8, Redmi Note 10 will be available at RM799 for 6GB+128GB variant and will be available online at official Xiaomi stores on Lazada and offline at Authorized Mi Stores and other official retailers in Malaysia. Redmi Note 10 comes in three colors – Onyx Gray, Pebble White and Lake Green.

From March 15, Redmi Note 10 Pro will be available at RM1,099 and RM999 for 8GB+128GB and 6GB+128GB variants respectively, and will be available online at official Xiaomi stores on Lazada and offline at Authorized Mi Stores and other official retailers in
Malaysia.
