Today, OPPO announces the latest additions to their Reno family of smartphones, the Reno6 Z 5G and Reno6 5G. The Reno series in our opinion is considered to be OPPO’s mid-priced devices that brings certain flagship features to the masses with a specific budget.
OPPO Reno6 Z 5G
The Reno6 Z 5G costs RM 1699 and uses MediaTek’s octa-core Dimensity 800U 5G processor with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The device comes in either Aurora or Stellar Black colors.
It has a triple rear-camera setup including a 64MP main camera, plus a 32MP selfie camera in the front.
The Reno6 Z 5G features a 6.4-inch AMOLED display paired with a 360-degree Light-
Sensor which improves the accuracy of auto-brightness adjustments. The screen is also SGS Eye Care Display Certificated as a “low-blue light screen”. Moreover, Reno6 5G also comes with Netflix HD and Amazon Prime Video HD Certification, allowing users to experience streaming content in great detail.
As for Battery, the Reno6 Z 5G pack 4310mAh battery with 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0. On paper it claims to take only 49 minutes to fully charge.
OPPO Reno6 5G
The Reno6 Z 5G costs RM 2399 and uses MediaTek’s octa-core Dimensity 900 processor with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The device comes in either Aurora or Stellar Black colors.
It houses the same camera system as the Reno6 Z 5G, as well as even the same display and battery capacity (4310mAh). This difference here is that the Reno6 5G takes half the time of the Reno6 Z 5G to fully charge (28 minutes vs 49 minutes)
