OnePlus announced today the availability of its latest flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 12, in China. As the culmination of a decade-long masterpiece, the OnePlus 12 showcases a realm of revolutionary technologies, guided by the product philosophy of “prioritizing product competitiveness.”
The design of the OnePlus 12 is a continuity and evolution of the OnePlus 11, under the same design philosophy, inspired by luxury watches with hollow-curved design. The time scales, starry dial, and circular characters on the camera module engrave the passage of time.

The imagination and creative spirit of design are confined by rigid lines and structured cityscapes. Inspiration is sought from the untamed beauty found in nature, where unbounded paths and infinite possibilities reign supreme. Under this design philosophy, the boundless Flowy Emerald colorway is presented, harmoniously bridging technology and wonders of the natural world. Drawing inspiration from the braided channels of Dart River, the dynamic and ever-changing patterns in the OnePlus 12’s texture showcase the mesmerizing essence of nature’s beauty.
The Hardware
The phone is equipped with the Snapdragon® 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform, which offers faster CPU and GPU speeds with improved power efficiency. It also has LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 ROM supported by RAM-Vitalization and ROM-Vitalization to ensure a consistent and prolonged fast and smooth experience in scenarios including heavy-duty, multi-tasking, and long-term usage.
The phone also has a 120Hz 2K Super Fluid AMOLED display with LTPO that allows you to see the world at its fullest with vibrant colors, with an incredible peak brightness of 4500nits.
The OnePlus 12 is also equipped with a triple camera system that delivers a flagship-level photography experience. The new and balanced triple camera system features an industry-first LYT808 50MP main camera co-developed with Sony, OV64B 64MP 3X periscope telephoto camera, and IMX581 48MP ultra-wide camera to create instead of simply capturing the greatest moments for the user.
Availability
The OnePlus 12 will be available in China on December 11, 2023, followed by a global release alongside other products in early 2024. As the OnePlus 11 came this year in February 2023, it’s likely it would be the same for the OnePlus 12
