JBL has introduced its new JBL Bar Series, a lineup of soundbars designed to transform the home cinema experience with detailed, rich, immersive sound that is fully compatible with any TV. The new generation is JBL’s most immersive and best-performing soundbar series yet, bringing the cinema experience home.
Cinematic Audio Innovations
The five new soundbars in the series are packed with features inspired by JBL’s expertise in cinema sound, placing users at the heart of the action.
Key technologies include:
- MultiBeam™ 3.0: HARMAN’s unique technology that creates a surround sound experience from a single soundbar.
- Dolby Atmos® and DTS:X*: When combined with MultiBeam™ 3.0 and detachable rear speakers, film fans can experience a front-row movie theater experience at home.
- SmartDetails: A new HARMAN technology engineered to reproduce even the subtlest audio nuance, such as a soft footstep or a creak of a floorboard.
- AI Sound Boost*: Introduced to the range for the first time, this feature helps deliver deep, powerful bass of intense scenes without distortion, even at high volumes.
- PureVoice 2.0: For crystal-clear dialogue.
- Enhanced connectivity and refined design: The new soundbars feature a slimmer, more refined design and enhanced connectivity.

Flagship Model and Wireless Solution
The flagship of the series is the JBL Bar 1300MK2, which can turn any room into a personal cinema. It is equipped with a powerful, dual 8-inch driver subwoofer and two detachable wireless speakers. The detachable speakers can be placed behind the listener for an immersive experience or connected via Bluetooth to enjoy music anywhere. This model features six up-firing drivers to deliver true Dolby Atmos® and DTS:X 3D surround sound.
JBL is also launching the JBL One Commander, a wireless Dolby Atmos audio solution that is only available with the Bar 1300MK2. This device allows the JBL Bar 1300MK2 to connect wirelessly with most TVs and projectors that support HDMI Audio Return Channel ARC/eARC, creating a cable-free and visually appealing setup.

- JBL Bar 1000MK2: Features two up-firing drivers, a 10” subwoofer, and detachable rear speakers for true Dolby Atmos® and DTS:X 3D sound in a more compact package.
- JBL Bar 800MK2: Ideal for slightly smaller spaces, it features detachable surround sound speakers and virtual Dolby Atmos®, delivering immersive room-filling sound.
- JBL Bar 500MK2 and JBL Bar 300MK2: Perfect for those setting up their first cinema system without exceeding their budget.
JBL One Platform and Availability
All new JBL Bar models are powered by the JBL One Platform, an ecosystem built for full-access streaming and deep personalization. Users can stream hi-res and spatial audio content from any music service and device, using both the JBL One App and popular subscribed music apps. The app allows for a customized 7 band EQ and features a “Moment” button to play favorite songs or playlists with a single press. All One Platform products receive software updates.
The JBL Bar 1000MK2, JBL Bar 800MK2, JBL Bar 500MK2, and JBL Bar 300MK2 are officially available now at all authorized dealers, on the official website, Lazada, and Shopee. The flagship JBL Bar 1300MK2 will be introduced in January 2026.
