Gigabyte Announces Tactical Dual-Mode Gaming Monitor ; 4K 160 Hz and FHD 320 Hz

GIGABYTE recently announced the availability of M27UP, its first Tactical Dual-Mode gaming monitor. With seamless switching between 4K 160 Hz and FHD 320 Hz, this 27-inch SS IPS display is built for both immersive visuals and lightning-fast gameplay.

What Does Tactical Mean?

With just one press of the Tactical Switch 2.0 physical button, users can instantly switch from a full 27-inch view to a focused 24-inch display, to 4:3 or 5:4 ratios with doubled refresh rate for precision gaming. It is a flexible solution for AAA titles, fast-paced shooters, and content streaming alike.

How Is The Quality Of The Display?

M27UP features 95% DCI-P3 color gamut, 1 ms GTG response, DisplayHDR 400, ensuring vivid color accuracy and low-latency visuals. The newly added AI Picture Mode intelligently enhances contrast, brightness, and detail based on content, with six optimized presets: FPS, MOBA, Movie, Racing, RPG, and Reader. In addition, Smart OD automatically adjusts overdrive based on refresh rate, significantly reducing motion blur and ghosting. Full G-SYNC Compatible support and seamless integration with the latest GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs using DLSS 4 ensure a tear-free, fluid 4K gaming experience.

M27UP features a fanless four-sided thermal solution and an ultra-slim 2 mm metal base to maintain stability even under prolonged operation.
