A headline feature of the Air Series Ab1 is the introduction of the SmartCare QRT™ Hub, described as a “Malaysia-First Innovation” for the brand. Moving away from traditional paper warranties, this system integrates after-sales support directly into the unit.
By scanning a unique QR code found on the indoor or outdoor unit, users can access an all-in-one hub that offers:
- Instant E-Warranty Registration: Eliminating the need for physical forms.
- Fault Diagnosis: Users can access error codes and diagnostic guides immediately.
- Service Support: Direct access to request maintenance or contact customer service.
- Smart Reminders: The system tracks usage and issues alerts after 1,000 hours of operation to clean the filter, ensuring consistent performance.

The Air Series Ab1 emphasizes health and comfort through several key engineering features. The units are equipped with a Multi-Functional Composite Filter, which acts as a barrier against bacteria and captures dust and impurities to maintain cleaner indoor air.
