Super Flower, a long-standing titan in the power supply unit (PSU) market, made an unequivocal statement at Computex 2025, showcasing an astonishing range of high-wattage PSUs, alongside innovative cooling solutions and PC cases. The company’s focus was clear: to power the next generation of demanding hardware, particularly for AI workstations and extreme gaming rigs.
Unprecedented Power: The 3000W+ PSU Era Begins
Leading Super Flower’s charge was the Leadex Platinum 3300W F14 HP, a groundbreaking PSU designed to meet the insatiable power demands of multi-GPU configurations, including up to four NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 graphics cards, or even dual-processor CPU setups. This behemoth boasts a Cybenetics Platinum efficiency rating, ensuring exceptional power delivery with minimal energy waste.
Not to be outdone, the Combat II FP 3000W also debuted, another Cybenetics Platinum-rated unit featuring a 140mm fan and four 12V-2×6 power connectors. This series, while perhaps not as “luxury” as the Leadex, is positioned for high-end AI inferencing workstations that require immense, reliable power.

For those seeking the ultimate in efficiency, Super Flower also highlighted the Leadex Titanium 2800W. As one of the few PSUs on the market to achieve Cybenetics Titanium efficiency, it represents the pinnacle of power conversion. A slightly less efficient but still highly capable Leadex Platinum 2800W was also on display, both units boasting a high-endurance fan and four 12V-2×6 connectors, complying with the latest ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 standards.
Beyond these flagship models, Super Flower presented a comprehensive refresh of its Leadex series, including the Leadex VIII Platinum (850W-1500W models), featuring compact lengths of 125mm to 150mm for better case compatibility, and the Leadex III Gold (650W-1300W models), with all new units fully compatible with ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1, many already hitting shelves.
The more budget-friendly Zillion series also saw updates, with the Zillion DB Silver (550W-850W) and the Zillion SFX Platinum (850W-1000W) catering to more modest builds and small form factor PCs respectively, all adhering to the new ATX 3.1 standard.
Cooling Innovations and Airflow-Focused Cases
Super Flower also showcased its expanding presence in PC cooling and chassis design. The Megacool Reverse Cooler caught attention with its reversible fan design, promising to optimize airflow for various system configurations. This versatile fan is designed to ensure maximum air intake and is made from high-strength, heat-resistant LCP material.
For PC cases, Super Flower unveiled the Zillion Direct ATX PC Case. This all-mesh chassis is engineered for optimal airflow, featuring a patented adjustable slope to direct air from front fans directly to the GPU. It also includes an adjustable VGA slot for vertical GPU mounting and removable cooling racks for enhanced customization and thermal management. The Zillion Direct further supports back-plug-in motherboards and offers versatile side and top panels for both mesh and glass options.
Super Flower’s Computex 2025 presentation underscored its enduring leadership in power supply technology, while also demonstrating a strong push into adjacent PC component markets with innovative cooling and case designs. The company’s commitment to enabling the most power-hungry and visually striking PC builds of the future was clearly on display.
