Alongside the launch of the Xioami Mi 11, there were three new ecosystem products to the Xiaomi lineup – Mi Vacuum Cleaner G10, Mi Ionic Hair Dryer H300 and Mi 360º Home Security Camera 2K. Let’s take a quick dive on them and see what they’re all about!
Mi Vacuum Cleaner G10
The Mi Vacuum Cleaner G10 is a powerful cleaning machine that features a digital motor that spins at 125,000rpm, creating a max of 150 air watts suction power (25% more than the previous generation) with a HEPA filter with 99.97% whole filtration rate. It comes equipped with a real-time TFT screen to display real-time status of modes, battery charging, language and defaults. The Mi Vacuum Cleaner G10 also features a wall-mounted dock charging with detachable battery (up to 65 minutes on eco mode), smart torque, and
0.6L detachable dustbin.
Starting from March 26, Mi Vacuum Cleaner G10 will be priced at RM 1,099 and available on Xiaomi official store on Lazada and Shopee and offline at Authorised Mi Stores and other
official retailers in Malaysia.
Mi Ionic Hair Dryer H300
Mi Ionic Hair Dryer H300 is a small and lightweight hair dryer that is convenient while travelling. It comes with a powerful air speed of 20m/s for faster drying and 7-wing airfoil blades to effectively reduce energy loss. The Mi Ionic Hair Dryer H300 offers anion protection (50 million anions) to protect hair cuticles and neutralize hair static, and is equipped with a 57ºC temperature control technology.
From March 13, Mi Ionic Hair Dryer H300 is priced at RM 129 and will be available on Xiaomi official store on Lazada and Shopee and offline at Authorised Mi Stores and other official retailers in Malaysia.
Mi 360º Home Security Camera 2K
The Mi 360º Home Security Camera 2K features a camera equipped with f/1.4 large aperture, 6P lens, and Enhanced Color Night Vision for low light conditions. It also adopts the new AI human detection algorithm, optimized to effectively filter invalid alarms and make alarms more accurate. The dual motor head rotates to capture 360º horizontal view and 180º vertical view, giving you a full home view.
From March 13, Mi 360º Home Security Camera 2K is priced at RM 189 and will be available on Xiaomi official store on Shopee and offline at Authorised Mi Stores and other official retailers in Malaysia.
What we think
Personally, we’d go for the vacuum and the hair dryer. All 3 items are reasonably priced for what they are and what they claim to be able to do. Xiaomi’s been really aggressive in the Malaysian market not only for their smartphones but nearly their entire product catalog, emphasizing on items that are particularly useful for anyone at home. We’d like to see how well they do, and hope that we can score some review units to test out for ourselves!
